I am too, but there’s nothing wrong with branching out and discovering some other similar sites that can also help you make money online.

Swagbucks is genuinely one of the best at what it does.

You can log into the site, get paid for shopping, playing games, watching videos, browsing the web, and sharing your opinion.

You can refer friends, play bonus contests and sweepstakes, and read emails to get more cash.

It’s one of the simplest and most reliable ways to make a few extra bucks in your spare time without even leaving your home.

Imagine if you could find some more sites like Swagbucks that can help you do the same?

Guess what?

You can!

I’ve compiled a list of the very best alternatives to Swagbucks, not so you can replace Swagbucks, but so you can keep adding to your extra cash stash.

Rewards Sites Similar to Swagbucks

The following sites are ones I’d consider some of the best rewards sites on the web like Swagbucks.

InboxDollars

InboxDollars comes in a very close second, in my opinion, to Swagbucks.

It offers many of the same types of tasks to help you earn money, although it may be a little bit of a slower money maker for some.

But it’s still a very worthwhile alternative because it’s another long-timer (it’s been around longer than Swagbucks, actually) and it’s proven its legitimacy time and time again.

On InboxDollars, you can also complete paid offers, take surveys, read emails for cash, and play games – just about all the same basics that you can do on Swagbucks.

What’s interesting is that in 2019, Prodege, the parent company of Swagbucks, actually acquired the parent company of InboxDollars and its many siblings, CotterWeb Enterprises.

So, now they’re all in the same family.

It seems that Prodege has kept InboxDollars mostly the same in its looks and how it works, but who knows what positive changes the company will make to the other big name in the biz in the coming years.

MyPoints

MyPoints is one of the best sites you’ll find for getting cash back on your online purchases.

You can use the site to find the store you usually shop with, click their links, and then get paid when you make a purchase.

MyPoints also has plenty of other things you can do to get points to exchange for cash, though.

For example, you can play games, do some daily bonus tasks, or complete offers.

There’s even a section for printing coupons that pay you a few cents when you use them.

There are loads of gift cards to choose from in the rewards area, just like Swagbucks.

ZoomBucks

ZoomBucks is very similar to Swagbucks in the type of tasks it offers, like taking surveys, completing paid offers, and watching videos.

This isn’t a site I’ve personally used, but it’s one I hear a lot of good things about (so maybe I should start?).

One of the best things about ZoomBucks is the rewards it offers, many of which you won’t find on any other rewards site.

For example, you can get gift cards for Roblox, Steam, and IMVU.

Of course, there are plenty of the “usual” rewards, too, like Amazon, PayPal, and Google Play.

SendEarnings

SendEarnings comes from the same makers of InboxDollars – which means it’s also now part of the Swagbucks family – so you’ll see that it works very similarly.

Some people say they have more opportunities to earn money here than InboxDollars, while others say InboxDollars is better for them.

Really, it depends on your demographics, as each site caters to different people and locations.

So, try them out and see which one works for you.

There will be no learning curve if you’re already familiar with Swagbucks or InboxDollars.

Rakuten

Ever heard of Ebates?

Well, Rakuten is the new and improved Ebates.

It’s very similar in how it works, so you’ll already know what to do if you were an Ebates member.

But there are even more partnered stores on the site, now, which means more chances to earn money with your online shopping.

If you frequently use Swagbucks for cash back shopping, then check out Rakuten too.

You can sign up for free and get a $10 bonus just for registering.

Then, compare the offers for the stores you want to use (some might be better at Swagbucks, some might be better at Rakuten).

Either way, you’re getting cash back.

Oh, and you can even earn $25 for referring your friends and family!

InstaGC

InstaGC is becoming quite the popular option, too, although it’s another one I haven’t personally tried.

There’s lots to do here, from taking surveys to watching videos and searching the web, so it’s all the same easy and fun stuff you’d find on Swagbucks.

The rewards catalog is gigantic, and as the name suggests, is filled with gift cards – for just about every store imaginable, so you can definitely find something that interests you when you’re ready to redeem.

Many of the gift cards will even come instantly, so there’s no big waiting period to get rewarded – which, by the way, is something I love about Swagbucks, too!

DailyRewards

DailyRewards looks familiar, doesn’t it?

That’s because it’s another one from the InboxDollars, SendEarnings, and Swagbucks family.

Except this site caters to those in Canada, unlike the others that are mostly for folks in the United States.

So, Canadians, this one’s for you.

You’ll get most of the same task opportunities here that you would on InboxDollars, including paid web searches, paid emails, and bunches of offers to complete.

Points2Shop

If you want a way to combine your love for rewards sites with your love for Amazon, this site is it.

Here, you’ll do the usual stuff to get points.

You can use those points to shop for items on Amazon listed on the site.

So instead of getting gift cards or PayPal cash, you can use what you earn for stuff you want to buy on Amazon.

PrizeRebel

PrizeRebel is a new-ish rewards site that has many of the same tasks you see on similar sites like Swagbucks.

It advertises itself as mostly a survey site, but that’s just one of many things you can do there.

It also features top rewards, like Amazon gift cards, PayPal cash, and iTunes gift cards to give you what you want for the time you spend doing stuff.

Viggle

Viggle is an app that rewards you for watching TV.

Swagbucks has a section dedicated to watching videos, ads, and all that fun stuff, but it’s not its primary focus.

That’s the primary focus for Viggle, though, so this app isn’t a replica of Swagbucks, but it’s still a super fun option for making extra money.

You can watch movies, shows, or even live TV to earn points with the app.

Just keep it on while you watch, let Viggle know what you’re watching, and earn money.

The app also has bonus shows, games, and other fun incentives to help you earn more each day.

Like Swagbucks, Viggle has a ridiculous number of rewards options in the form of gift cards in a range of denominations to choose from.

Ibotta

Ibotta is, like Viggle, an app that’s quite different from Swagbucks.

But again, I list it here because you want to make money and Ibotta can help you do that.

All you need to do is take it with you when you go shopping, pick rebates for items you want to buy, and then scan your grocery receipts to get cashback in the app.

One way it’s similar to Swagbucks is that you can also use the Ibotta app to shop online and get cashback.

Just log in, find an online store to shop with (Amazon is even an option!) and you can get cash back into your Ibotta account for your purchase.

It all adds up with your in-store shopping balance, too.

When you have $20, you can transfer it over to PayPal and see your cash, sometimes, that same day.

Ibotta also lets you join up in “teams” with others.

The more you all shop, the more you can earn each month as you gain bonuses and other team incentives.

Amazon Mechanical Turk

Okay, so this one is quite different than Swagbucks.

It’s not really a “rewards” site at all.

Instead, it’s what’s known as a micro job site.

However, Swagbucks is all about quick tasks for cash.

And, really, the idea behind Amazon Mechanical Turk, also known as Mturk, is similar.

You sign up for free, do some quick tasks, and get paid.

The jobs are meant to be quick and easy, so you don’t have to spend a bunch of time sitting there and working to get paid.

Sign in whenever you have some spare time, pick up some quick tasks, and make money.

You can get paid to a bank account or to your Amazon Payments account; choose the one you want in your Mturk account settings.

Do These Sites Really Compare to Swagbucks?

Yes, these sites are comparable.

Are they the same?

No.

But, honestly, wouldn’t you get bored if you just signed up for a bunch of sites that were all the same?

I know I would.

One of the things most people love about Swagbucks is its variety.

There’s so much to do that it doesn’t get boring.

If that sounds like you, then you’ll probably enjoy the variety these other sites have, too, and their differences from Swagbucks.

Let’s face it: It’s tough to top Swagbucks.

It’s been a leader in what it does for so long that it’s difficult to come out on top with a competing site.

Swagbucks has even become more popular than some of the sites that have been around longer.

I think a lot of that has to do with how easy it is to earn money.

I’ve had some days where I’ve been able to rack up $10 in PayPal cash in about an hour or less.

That’s almost unheard of on this type of site.

But Swagbucks somehow makes it happen for me.

So, no, you’re not going to find that the sites on this list are the same as Swagbucks, but you’ll definitely find that they’re legit alternatives.

I always say that having some alternatives in place is the best strategy to continuously make money.

When you find that opportunities are a little slow in one place, you can use one of your backups to keep making money while you wait for more to become available.

So keep Swagbucks as your main option for rewards sites and then sign up for and bookmark a few of your favorites from this list.

You’ll never have to worry about a dry spell again!

Final Thoughts: Other Websites Like Swagbucks

Swagbucks obviously isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, nor do I expect it to get replaced by something better.

Its parent company, Prodege, obviously knows what its doing, which is why it took over another one of the best sites of its kind, InboxDollars, when it had the opportunity.

With these two working together, there’s no stopping your earning potential with either one of them!

But as much as I love Swagbucks, I do also use a few of the sites on this list.

I like keeping my options open and earning as much as I can, and they help me do that.

Which of these sites is your favorite?

Have you found other sites similar to Swagbucks that you love?
