FreedomPop is one of the newer companies on the list. They started in 2012. Back then their mission was that “no one is left off the connected grid.”

• You can turn the device on when you want to contact to the internet
• You are free to browse the internet for as long or as much as you want to

You are permitted to connect to 10 devices at one time.

What’s the Catch?

The catch is that for FreedomPop to send out these access points, you will need to put a deposit down on them.

Many people don’t know anything about this, but there are many internet service providers that will bundle in a free dial-up access into their other plans.

Yes, you probably didn’t think of this, but there are many free Wi-Fi spots all around you. We are not leaning just towards Starbucks either.
